Thanh Cong Securities Joint Stock Company (TCSC) was established on January 31, 2008, with an initial charter capital of 360 billion VND. In 2018, TCSC became a member of the Saigon 3 Group, marking a significant turning point in the company‘s development journey.
TCSC has restructured its business operations and shaped a new development direction. At the same time, the company increased its charter capital to over 1,000 billion VND, fully meeting the capital requirements to provide comprehensive financial products and services to customers.
In January 2023, TCSC launched the Thanh Cong Asset Management Company Limited (TCAM) to further enhance its financial products and services and improve the Group’s competitiveness in the financial services sector on the path of long-term stable development.

January 31, 2023: TCSC launched the Thanh Cong Asset Management Company Limited (TCAM). April 5, 2023: TCSC‘s Board of Directors approved the resolution to increase the charter capital of Thanh Cong Asset Management Company Limited (TCAM) to 200 billion VND.
May 20, 2022: Acquiring 100% of the United Capital Management Joint Stock Company. October 7, 2022: TCSC was honored to receive the APEA Award 2022 - Fast Growing Enterprise category. December 23, 2022: TCSC was granted the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification.
15/01/2021: Increased charter capital from VND 360 billion to VND 495 billion. 30/05/2021: TCSC organized the 15th of General Meeting of Shareholders. 17/11/2021: Increased charter capital from VND 495 billion to VND 1009,8 billion.

Jan 12, 2009: TCSC was qualified for online trading and website trading in HOSE. March 31, 2009: TCSC was qualified for remote trading in HaSTC. Apr 6, 2009: TCSC was eligible to become public company.
Jan 31, 2008: Founder shareholders received the Official Approval from the SSC to establish TCSC with Business Certificates to conduct 3 businesses: Brokerage, Consultancy and Self-investment. Feb 01, 2008: TCSC was established with its Head Office at 36 Tay Thanh Street, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. Mar 06, 2008: TCSC received the membership from Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) with the license number 88/GCNTVLK Jun 24, 2008: TCSC received the membership from Hanoi Securities Trading Center (HaSTC) as the broker number 085. Jun 25, 2008: TCSC received the membership from Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) as the broker number 085. Aug 16, 2008: TCSC commenced its first General Shareholders Meeting Sep 09, 2008: TCSC inaugurated the Grand Opening Ceremony and announced the joining with the leading international strategic partner – Seamico Securities Plc. May 5, 2007: Founder shareholders agreed to establish TCSC, approving Mr. Đinh Cong Hung to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors; appointing Mr. Mai Van Sau to be the Head of Inspection Committee and submitting an application to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) accordingly.
Oct 26, 2007: Founder shareholders received the Approval in Principle to establish TCSC.
