Mr. NGUYEN KHANH LINH

Position: Chairman of the BODs
Education: Master's degree in Finance
Experience:

Mr. Nguyen Khanh Linh has more than 20 years of experience working in finance, investment, real estate and manufacturing. He has held Chief Executive positions at many organizations such as Viet Capital Asset Management, FIDECO.... Mr. Linh is currently Vice Chairman of Saigon 3 Group, Chairman of YTECO, Vice Chairman cum General Director of Bong Bach Tuyet Corporation and some other subsidiaries of Saigon 3 Group.

Mr. Linh holds a Master's degree in Finance and he used to be a Lecturer at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. NGUYEN QUOC VIET

Position: Vice Chairman of the BODs
Education: Bachelor of Finance and Accounting (New South Wales (Australia))
Experience:

Mr. Viet has more than 15 years of experience in Financial Investment, Securities. Mr. Viet was General Director of FIDECO and played C-level role at Bamboo Capital, Sacombank-SBS Securities Company. Mr. Viet is currently Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Medical Import Export JSC., BOD Member Cum General Director of Saigon 3 Garment Joint Stock Company and Saigon 3 Group Investment Development JSC.

Mr. Viet graduated with a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales (Australia).

Mr. NGUYEN DONG HAI

Position: Vice Chairman of the BODs
Education: Master of Finance (Carleton University)
Experience:

Mr. Dong Hai has been Chairman of TCSC since 2020. With over 10 years of management experience and in-depth knowledge of finance and securities market, Mr. Hai was Director of Investment Funds in Viet Capital Asset Management, General Director of and Saigon 3 Capital.

Mr. Hai graduated from Singapore Management University and hold the Master of Business Administration in Calerton University, Canada.

Mr. NGUYEN DUC HIEU

Position: Member of the BODs of TCSC
Education: Master of Finance at Berlin School of Economics and Law
Experience:

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hieu has more than 10 years of experience working in securities companies and investment funds in Vietnam such as ACBS, SSI, and SSIAM. Mr. Hieu also held the position of Deputy Director of Saigon 3 Capital and since mid-December 2018, he has been appointed as the General Director of TCSC.

Mr. Hieu graduated from National Economics University majoring in Auditing and obtained a Master's degree in Finance from Berlin School of Economics and Law.

Mr. PHAN MINH TRUNG

Position: Independent of the BODs of TCSC
Education: Master of Business Administration and B.A in Telecommunications and Electronics
Experience:

During more than 10 years of working in Finance and Securities, with a high level of expertise and deep understanding of the market, Mr. Trung previously held the position as Head of Investment Department, Investment Director, General Director at Thanh Viet Investment Fund Management, Sacombank Securities, Bamboo Capital, Gelex Land company. Currently, Mr. Trung is BOD Member cum General Director of Ho Chi Minh City Medical Import Export JSC.

Mr. Trung was granted Master of Business Administration and B.A in Telecommunications and Electronics.
